FAQ

The details before the room starts arguing.

A quick guide to accounts, gameplay, questions, credits, privacy, and support.

Does every player need an account or phone?

No. One adult host signs in and runs the game on a shared screen. Everyone else plays verbally in two teams without profiles, apps, or join codes.

How long is a game?

A complete board has 36 questions across six categories. The host chooses a 30, 45, 60, or 90 second timer, so the room controls the pace.

What happens when the timer reaches zero?

The host sees and hears the alert, but the game does not advance automatically. The host may pause, resume, extend, reveal, or award the result.

Is the first game free?

Each verified account receives one starter-game credit. Email verification confirms the account, not that one person has created only one account.

Can I buy more game credits now?

Not yet. Paid checkout and Whish Pay are not active. The pricing page shows planned launch bundles for transparency only.

Will questions repeat?

The full experience prioritizes published questions the account has not seen before. The free starter pool is intentionally compact and stable, so it may repeat across starter games.

What if the connection drops?

The server keeps the authoritative game state. Returning to an active game restores its board, scores, used questions, turn, and timer state.

Who should contact support?

The signed-in host should email support for account, game, credit, deletion, payment, or refund questions. Never send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or unrequested payment details.
