We do not accept cards, Whish payments, bank transfers, cash, or manual payment references through this service today. Prices shown on the pricing page are planned launch prices and cannot be purchased. Because no paid transaction can be completed, there is currently no payment to cancel or refund.
Credit or game problems
If a starter credit or game state appears wrong, email [email protected] from the account address with a concise description and approximate time. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or payment details.
Before paid checkout opens
We will publish the final paid-credit, cancellation, and refund rules after the actual Whish agreement and checkout behavior are established. The future policy will explain eligibility, evidence, processing method, expected timing, credit effects, and how applicable consumer rights apply. No manual transfer or off-platform refund process is promised here.
