Who this covers
Meen Dod Meen is operated from Lebanon. Only an adult host creates an account. Verbal participants do not create profiles, and the host should not enter sensitive personal information into team names or support messages.
Information we use
- Account information: email address, authentication records, display name, adult-attestation time, verification state, role, and credit entitlement.
- Game information: host account, team names, selected categories, question identifiers, scores, turn, timer state, results, and history needed to play and resume.
- Support information: a category, status, concise non-sensitive summary, operator note, and the messages or permitted attachments held in the private mailbox.
- Necessary technical information processed by our hosting, security, authentication, and email providers, such as connection details, device/browser information, and delivery records.
- Optional analytics information only after consent, as described under “Analytics choices.”
Why we use it
We use the minimum information needed to create and secure the host account, run and restore games, enforce credits and permissions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and understand service and public-page quality when analytics is accepted. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Before you choose “Allow analytics,” this site does not load the Google tag, send a Google Analytics request, or write a Google Analytics cookie. If accepted, Google may process a random browser identifier, page and session activity, approximate location, browser/device details, and Core Web Vitals. We send sanitized route names and page locations without query strings or variable game identifiers, and no referrer. We do not send names, emails, team names, question or answer text, payment references, or administrator activity.
Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, Signals, and ad personalization are disabled. The planned property uses the shortest standard user-data retention setting, two months, with reset-on-new-activity off. You can withdraw at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer; we then disable the loaded tag, deny future analytics storage, and remove available first-party analytics cookies from this browser unless you later grant consent again.

Providers and international processing
Supabase supports authentication and database services; Railway hosts the application; Resend supports transactional email; Cloudflare routes public email and DNS; Gmail receives those routed messages; Sentry’s EU service processes privacy-filtered errors, ten-percent performance traces, and allow-listed operational logs to help us secure and maintain the service; and Google processes optional analytics after consent. Sentry is configured without automatic personal information, IP storage, replay, feedback, profiling, or AI features, and excludes account, game, support, request, query, header, cookie, and content values. These providers may process information in countries where they or their subprocessors operate, subject to their contractual transfer safeguards and our configured service boundaries.
Retention and deletion
- Account and game information remains while the account is active, subject to operator-assisted deletion and necessary security or legal limits.
- Resolved structured support cases are deleted after 90 days; support mail and permitted attachments are deleted no later than 30 days after resolution.
- Production database backups are retained for seven days. Question-image recovery copies are retained privately for the lifetime of the production project unless a later reviewed retention change proves safe deletion. Routine application logs and the corresponding privacy-filtered Sentry operational data target 30 days with sensitive values excluded.
- Payment and financial-record retention will be published before paid checkout launches; no paid checkout is available today.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information, object to or question processing, or withdraw optional analytics. Email [email protected] from the account address when possible. We may need to confirm the exact account email before acting, but we will not ask for your password, verification code, or identity documents by ordinary email.
Security and changes
We use server-side authorization, constrained provider access, encrypted transport, and data-minimizing operating procedures. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice when the service or legal obligations change and will revise the date above; material changes will be presented before they take effect where appropriate.
