Using the service
By creating an account or using Meen Dod Meen, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. The account holder must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and take responsibility for activity under the account. One host account runs the game; verbal participants do not become account holders.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with access, probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, infringe rights, copy or redistribute the question library, or use team names and support channels for unlawful, harmful, or sensitive content. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, the service, providers, or legal obligations.
Credits and current pricing
Each verified account receives one starter-game credit under the current offer. Verification proves the account email, not a unique person. The public pricing bundles are planned launch prices only: we do not currently accept payment, manual transfers, or payment references, and no paid-credit contract is formed on this site. Paid terms, provider-specific checkout rules, and financial retention will be finalized and published before checkout opens.
Content and intellectual property
The service, visual identity, software, and curated question library belong to the operator or are used under the applicable rights. You may display the ordinary game for a personal social gathering, but may not extract, resell, publish, train on, or create a competing question database from the content. Your team names and support messages remain yours; you permit us to process them only as needed to operate and support the service.
Availability and game decisions
We aim to keep games reliable and resumable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security, or events outside reasonable control. The host controls timing, answer reveal, and scoring and is responsible for resolving room disputes. Trivia content is reviewed, but errors may still occur; report them to support.
Account closure
You may request deletion through support. We may suspend or close an ordinary account for material misuse, security risk, legal need, or repeated violation, while handling retained information under the privacy notice. Protected operator accounts follow separate access controls and cannot use ordinary-user deletion.
Responsibility and changes
The current service is provided on an availability basis without a promise that every question, device, connection, or gathering will be error-free. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes; material changes will receive reasonable notice or renewed acceptance where appropriate.
